Cigar Terminal Rewards Program Policy

You can redeem your Rewards at checkout. If you have accumulated enough Rewards to redeem, you will have the option of using as one of the payment methods. The option to use Rewards , as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable Rewards can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.

There are no minimums and maximums for earning and redeeming Rewards .

You have the ability to view and manage your Rewards through your account. From your account you will be able to view your total Rewards (and currency equivalent), and a cumulative history of earned and redeemed. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding Rewards .

Earned Rewards only expire after two long years. Rewards Points gifted to customers as Promotional Rewards for a special period can be set to expire at the end of the promotional period.

• Rewards Points can only be used as store credit in our system only. Redeeming to cash is not allowed.
• All review contributions are reviewed for approval before being published on the site and they are expected to be of a certain content quality. In other words, one line reviews like "Great cigar!" or reviews for cigars that have not been purchased from our store will not be approved. We expect, appreciate and reward contributions that help other fellow cigar smokers to make an informed purchase decision. We have the sole discretion and the right about what to approve and publish and we exercise this right meticulously.
• You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn or redeem Rewards . This option is found in the section of the My Account area.
